For Kold X Windy I directed two episodes (103 & 104) and edited all 8 episodes of season 1. I worked to establish the look of the show utilizing multi-box transitions, reminiscent of 24, throughout the season

This episode starts with a robbery, which quickly turns into something unexpected. For the top of the scene I stylized it with a widescreen, desaturated look until the unexpected turn.

This was a fun sequence to edit, co-edited by Phil Lee, we integrated the multi-box effect throughout this scene to combine story elements. Director Jade Jenise Dixon really knocked it out of the park with her shot design and music choices.

In crafting the Nia Payne nightmare elements of the show I worked with Director of Photography Euripides Nuñez to establish a stylized look that was carried on into later episodes. You can see the culmination of those elements in this scene.
